Density cubes are an excellent teaching tool for Integrated Physics and Chemistry (IPC) students, as they offer a hands-on method to explore fundamental concepts. Students become detectives as they collect and analyze quantitative data to determine the identity of each cube. These cubes, made from different materials like aluminum, copper, brass, or acrylic, are non-consumable. Unlike chemicals or other lab materials that are used up during an experiment, density cubes can be used repeatedly, year after year, with minimal wear and tear. This durability makes them a cost-effective and sustainable resource for the classroom.
