Gaming for Reading Skills is a grant that, if funded, will help the Dyslexia students at Young Elementary become stronger readers! The card games will reinforce the phonics skills that are being taught in our classroom. I currently serve 10 dyslexic students with more in cue for testing/identification. This will be a fun way to reteach vital phonics skills that are necessary to build strong readers!
